5 Amazing DIY Methods To Remove Blackheads With Baking Soda

Baking Soda is one the versatile ingredient in our kitchen. Let it be our cooking or home remedies we use it at almost every where. This natural ingredient is also known as sodium bi carbonate and posses  many good properties. Here we are talking about blackheads. Blackheads are formed when the sebum or oil clog the hair follicles and pops out in the oxidized form. There is no specific age group which suffers the blackheads. 1. Baking Soda With Apple Cider Vinegar

These both ingredients are known to balance the pH of the skin and hence control the excess sebum production under the skin. Here we would use these two ingredients to prepare the blackhead removal mask. Use equal quantities of Baking Soda & Apple Cider Vinegar. Prepare a thin paste once the mixture stops bubbling. Use this on your blackheads with fingers for 30 minutes. Give a quick wash afterwards with cold water to remove the paste.

2. Baking Soda With Essential Oils

The next recipe would be of a scrub. As we discussed above that regular exfoliation leads to blackhead free skin. Prepare this homemade blackhead removal scrub with equal quantities of baking soda and water along with few drops of tea tree oil. Use this to gently scrub your nose for few minutes daily to remove the blackheads completely.

3. Baking Soda With Orange Juice

The citrus properties of orange juice tightens the skin pores and hence prevents the pore clogging that results into blackhead free skin. Not only this the vitamin c of orange juice would also lighten the dark spots on your nose if you have. Mix a tablespoon of Baking soda with a tablespoon of fresh orange juice. Use this as a mask for 15 minutes on the Blackheads. Scrub gently for a minute before washing off with cold water.

4. Baking Soda With Honey

Do you know honey simply pulls out the blackheads it apply topically ? Yes due to its sticky nature it removes the blackhead if use regularly . Here we would combine honey with Baking soda to speed up the process. Exfoliation would open the pores and remove the dirt as well as blackheads from it. One teaspoon of Baking soda, one teaspoon of honey and one tablespoon of salt gives you the perfect recipe to remove the blackheads. Rub this mixture gently on the blackhead area for about 5 minutes and use warm water later to rinse it off.

5. Baking Soda With Milk

Here we would enhance the exfoliation process with the lactic acid of milk. Use one tablespoon of raw milk with one tablespoon of baking soda to use it on the blackheads. Simply massage for a minute and splash regular water to remove it.
