You can use the Apple Cider Vinegar in the same way the way you use it on your face as a toner. Dip a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and wipe your under arms with it. Wait for 5 minutes at least before rinsing it off . A warm water shower is recommended after this. Use it in the morning and before hitting to the bed to get the results. You can dilute the Apple cider vinegar with some water of you have irritated or sensitive skin.

Our favorite essential oils can be also used to control the body odor along with Apple Cider Vinegar. You could use witch hazel oil, tea tree oil or rosemary oil for the same. If you are using rosemary oil then mix five drops of it with two tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar to use it as a deodorant after your bath. If you are using tea tree oil then you can add five drops of it to a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a cup of water to use after your bathing session. If you are using Witch hazel oil then you can use 10 drops of it with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a cup of water as a deodorant.
