Simmer on medium heat until a cup of the liquid remains. Drink the garlic milk before retiring to bed. When taken daily, garlic milk gradually reduces the swelling and pain in the joints.
3. Garlic Oil
Massaging the painful joints with garlic oil helps in reducing the pain and improving the mobility of the joints . It helps in improving circulation and strengthening the joints affected by arthritis. Traditionally garlic oil is prepared by boiling 250 grams of garlic in 500 ml mustard oil. As mustard oil is known for its warming effect, it helps in providing fast relief from arthritis pain. If mustard oil is not available, you can use sesame, olive or canola oil for preparing the garlic oil.
4. Garlic and Apple Cider Vinegar
People suffering from arthritis can take garlic mixed with apple cider vinegar . Chop and grind a fresh garlic clove and mix it with two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar. 5. Garlic and Rice Tea
The rice and garlic tea is an excellent tonic for people suffering from arthritis . The nutrient dense brown rice is good for health. In a quart of water simmer half of a cup of brown rice and three garlic cloves until the rice is soft. Strain and preserve the liquid. Sweeten the liquid with honey. Drink half a cup of the liquid.
