Ingredients:

½ Cup Sea Salt
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
½ Cup Olive Oil

Procedure:

Mix half a cup of Sea salt with half a cup of Olive oil. Add a tablespoon of lemon juice to this mixture and mix well. Apply this scrub all over the body by making a soft circular motion with your hands and fingers. Avoid using this in your face as sea salt is naturally coarse. After a few minutes, take a hot water bath and pat dry. Use a mild skin moisturizer if needed later.

2.  Sea salt and Oatmeal Scrub:

Ingredients:

½ Cup Sea Salt
¼ Cup Crushed Oatmeal Powder
½ Cup Olive Oil

 Procedure:

Mix half a cup of sea salt with a quarter cup of crushed oatmeal powder. You can take the oatmeal and crush it in a grinder for getting this format. Then add ½ cup of olive oil to the mixture and mix well. Apply this scrub on your body making circular motions with your hand and avoid using it on your face and the places where your skin appears sensitive. After a few minutes, give yourself a hot water bath and pat dry. Oatmeal acts as an excellent cleansing agent naturally and together with sea salt they can make your skin softer and suppler.

 3.  Sea Salt and Coconut Oil Scrub:

Ingredients:

½ Cup Sea Salt
2 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
4 Tablespoon Coconut Milk

Procedure:

Coconut oil is very beneficial for making your skin softer and smoother. Together with sea salt, they go very deep into your skin to exfoliate and cleanse it completely. To make this scrub, take half a cup of sea salt and mix it with two tablespoons of coconut oil and four tablespoons of pure coconut milk. Apply this scrub on your body, hands, and legs. After a few minutes, take a hot water bath and cleanse completely. This is one of the easiest scrubs to make and can be taken regularly once a week.

4. Sea salt and Aloe Vera gel scrub:

Ingredients:

½ Cup Sea Salt
1 To 2 Tablespoon Of Aloe Vera Gel
1 Tablespoon Sugar

Procedure:

Aloe Vera gel is naturally good for your skin. It works excellently on all skin types and are very beneficial in oxygenating your skin and makes your skin appear fresh. To make this pack, mix half a cup of sea salt with two tablespoons of Aloe Vera gel. Add a tablespoon of sugar to it and mix well. For the best results, you can even add a few drops of honey to this mixture. Apply this evenly on your body by making gentle circular motions. After a few minutes, rinse well with a hot water bath and pat dry. You can use a mild skin moisturizer on your body later if needed.

5.  Sea salt and Cocoa Scrub:

Ingredients:

½ Cup Sea Salt
2 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
2 Tablespoon Cocoa Butter
Honey
  Sea salt and Cocoa Scrub

Procedure:

Cocoa powder is naturally loaded with antioxidants that can boost skin rejuvenation and are very beneficial in eradicating dead skin cells. To make this scrub mix half a cup of sea salt to 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and two tablespoons of melted cocoa butter. Add a few drops of honey to this mixture and mix well. For people who are sensitive to cocoa butter, you can use olive oil as its replacement. Now apply the scrub all over your body and after a few minutes take a hot water bath to rinse the scrub.
For all the scrubs you can also add a few drops of fragrant essential oil like lavender or wheatgrass to give a natural fragrance to your body. Also, sea salt is naturally coarse. To control its coarseness, you can grind it in a grinder to make it smooth. Also, use gentler motions when using the scrub and try avoiding it in your face and sensitive areas of your skin.
