Steps To Homemade Ginger Shampoo For Healthy And Strong Hair:
We just mentioned that you do not need to spend much to prepare this shampoo. You need only four ingredients which are affordable and are easily available. Take a piece of fresh ginger stick of two inch long, two tablespoons of liquid castile soap, a cheesecloth to drain the mixture and one cup of water. If you have baby shampoo at home then you can use it instead if castile soap as well .
Take a fresh stick of ginger and peel it properly. Now grate it finely. You should get at least two tablespoons of it once you grate the whole stick. Keep it aside.
Now Pour the distilled water in a bow and keep it in the microwave to heat. Once it starts boiling mix grated ginger to the water. Let it boil for another five to ten minutes. Take it out from the oven and let it cool down.
Meanwhile take a castile soap in the container and cover it with a cheese cloth. Now pour the ginger and water mixture over it to strain the garlic particles. Once done remove the cheese cloth from it.
Blend the mixture with castile soap properly to get a smoother and uniform consistency. Your Homemade ginger shampoo is ready. You can also add few drops of essential oil of your choice in it while preparing. Now transfer this shampoo to the plastic bottle to store. It can be stored in the refrigerator and this quantity can last up to a week depending upon the length of your hair. This ginger shampoo can be used twice or thrice a week to cleanse your hair. You can use warm water to wash your hair. It is recommended to massage the shampoo gently into your hair and scalp for 2 to 3 minutes before washing it off.
