Fresh ginger root is best for making ginger tea as it will help to bring relief from nausea that usually accompanies a stomach ache. Add grated or finely chopped ginger in a cup of water. Bring it to boil and then simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, strain and add 1 tsp honey (optional). Sip this tea slowly.

If fresh ginger is not available, you can use fresh mint. Either make tea by adding few sprigs of mint in boiling water or chew fresh mint leaves.
