In medical term oily skin is called as seborrhea which is caused due to excessive oil secretion of the oil gland. Lemon and Bengal gram flour is the easiest and the most effective home remedy for oily skin. Take 2-3 tablespoons gram flour and squeeze one whole lemon in it. Pour some water and mix it to paste. Apply this paste on your skin for 5-7 minutes. Then massage it in a roundabout way and rinse it with normal water. Lemon is acidic and it helps a lot to control oil secretion of the oil gland. Gram flour intensely cleans your skin by removing dirt and grease and keeps your skin dry all day long. Apply this pack on your skin twice daily to get rid of oily skin. Apple cedar vinegar is an excellent home remedy for oily skin. Take this vinegar and chilled water in 1:2 ratio. Mix well. To enhance the power of ice cubes mix a few drops of lavender oil with water when you keep water in the ice tray to make it cubes. Cucumber and fuller’s earth is a very effective combination for oily skin. Grind a cucumber to paste. Add some fuller’s earth in it and mix well. Apply this paste on your skin. Massage gently.
