1. Turmeric

You can use it once every week & get the desired result in a month or two. In order to prepare, simply mix ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder in water or milk enough to make a fine paste. Apply the mixture on your face & keep for the next 15-20 minutes. You can also decide the time according to its drying out time. Wash off afterwards.

2. Basil & Onion

Onion when cut becomes sticky. This stickiness can be used for hair removal purpose but if combined with basil then the efficiency can be improved & hairs can be removed more easily in less time. To prepare the remedy, grind & crush 10-12 teaspoon of basil leaves & 2 onions. Make a paste & apply on the desired part. Leave for 15-20 minutes & then wash off with water. In case, you want to remove hair from the tip, follow 3-4 times per week for a month.

3. Alum & Rosewater

When it comes to removing hair from any parts of the body, alum is continuously in use since centuries. When used together with rosewater, it softens the skin & enriches it with a healthy glow. Follow it two times a week. In a bowl, mix one ¼ teaspoon of alum powder & 2-4 teaspoon of rosewater. You can also add few drops of sesame or olive oil. Once done with mixing properly, apply a thick layer. Leave it with 50-60 minutes & then wash off with water. Pat dry & follow with some moisturizer.

4. Banana & Oatmeal

Both of these ingredients being excellent cleanser is perfect solution for those highly concerned about their skin. Not just these scrubs off the hair but also leaves the skin soft, supple & exfoliated. Mash one ripe banana in a bowl & add 1-2 teaspoon of oatmeal. Mix the two ingredients well & apply on your skin. When applied on skin, it causes a burning sensation but need you not to worry because it simply means that the remedy is working. For its preparation, you need 2 teaspoon of white pepper, 2 teaspoon of camphor powder & some almond oil. Mix white pepper & camphor powder in a bowl & follow it with almond oil. Mix properly & apply on your leg or hands. Keep for 15-20 minutes & then wash off with cold water. Don’t’ repeat everyday or else it may causes damage to the skin.

This remedy contains egg that is nowhere less than the sugar-honey recipe. The purpose of putting egg is that when it dries off. Becomes sticky & when pulled off plucks all the hair off. Mix white of 1 egg in a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar & ½ teaspoon of corn flour in the same bowl. Mix the ingredients well & apply an even layer on your face. Let it stay on your face until it becomes dry. In the last step, wash off with lukewarm water. Repeat once every week.


7. Sugar & Lemon

Sugar already is a wonderful exfoliator while lemon juice by adding its bleaching property enhances its effectiveness. Together, these two lightens the color of the face, removes the dead skin layer & also removes unwanted hair from the skin. Mix 2 teaspoon of sugar, 2 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice in a bowl containing 10 teaspoon of water. Mix the three until fully dissolved. Apply on your face & give it 20-25 minutes to dry. Wash off with lukewarm water afterwards.

Potato already is a natural bleaching agent while when mixed with lentils, makes an effective hair removal remedy. Not just hands & legs, you can use it at any area of the body. Soak 1-2 teaspoon of yellow lentils in water overnight & grind the lentils next morning. Use 2 teaspoon of this lentil paste with 1 mashed potato. Follow with 4 teaspoon of lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients well & apply on your skin. 9. Gram Flour

Since ages, it has been intact in use for its hair removing property. You may also try it at home for the same purpose. Stick to the same remedy for a month or more. In ½ bowl of gram flour, mix another ½ bowl of milk. Blend the two ingredients well & then add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder. Blend well again & apply on your face. Leave the paste for the next 30 minutes & then wash off with cold water.
