The one most important plant source of vitamin E is wheat. When you include any food items or preparation made with wheat flower actually you are incorporating vitamin E in your diet. Different types of breads are thus a good source of vitamin E.

As vitamin E is a lipid or fat soluble vitamin so when the fat is removed from milk to make skimmed milk the vitamin E is also extracted with the fat and you did not get the benefit of vitamin E.
Vitamin E is contained in the egg yolk also. This yellow colored food item also comprises with large amount of protein. But those who have any restriction in consumption of egg yolk they must avoid it and try the other food items which also contains vitamin E.
The last but not the least is Liver which contains plenty of vitamin E in it. Actually animal sources contain more vitamin E than the plant sources. So, try to consume the animal sources of this vitamin to get the benefit of vitamin E.
