Bananas are a great way to give your dry and damaged hair a boost of elasticity and health. Just mash a banana into a thick paste and apply it all over your hair, starting from the roots to the tip. Let it rest for about 10-15 minutes and wash it off with a good shampoo.
Add Honey To Your Hair Products
Honey is a great ingredient to add some life to your dry hairs. Simply add a little honey to your shampoo and conditioner and use it wash your hairs.
Potato And Egg Mask
This unique mask not only helps you combat dry hairs but also promote hair growth. Grate and take out juice of three potatoes. Add yolk of one egg along with one tablespoon of honey and mix well. Massage this mixture on your scalp; leave it for at least 20 minutes before washing off.
Raw milk is a great conditioner for dry hairs. Just apply raw milk all over your hair and scalp with the help of a cotton wool. Leave it for about an hour and wash thoroughly. Regular use of this will deeply nourish your hairs.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is also very effective against dry hair. All you need is to apply apple cider vinegar all over your scalp and hair using a cotton wool. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash off as usual. Dilute apple cider vinegar with warm water (in equal proportions) and use it as a conditioner for manage your hair and combat dryness.
Massage a mixture of root juice, lemon juice and sesame oil on your hair and scalp. Then wrap your head with a hot towel for 30 minutes and wash off. Sesame oil is excellent nourishing oil and improves blood circulation.
Avocado is a powerhouse of proteins and minerals and is an excellent substance to reduce hair dryness. Take out pulp of one avocado and mix it with white of one egg, 2-teaspoon honey and few drops of olive oil. Apply the mask for half an hour and wash off with a shampoo. Follow this ritual once a week to get rid of dry hairs.
Yoghurt is an excellent conditioner for dry hair. Take half cup of yoghurt. Add t teaspoon of apple cider and honey and apply the mask from roots to tip. Leave it for 15 minutes and rinse with warm water. Yoghurt should be applied in warm months as it brings down body temperature.
Fenugreek seeds are a great solution to manage dry and brittle hairs. Soak 50 grams fenugreek in water overnight. In the morning, crush the seeds to make a thick paste. Take 4 tablespoons of yoghurt, few drops of honey and olive oil and mix well. Apply the mask on hair and scalp and cover it with a shower cap. Leave it for 45 minutes and rinse off with a mild shampoo.
Gelatin also helps in making dry hair soft and manageable. Soak a packet of gelatin to warm water and stir to form a gel. Apply this on shampooed hair and scalp and rinse off with warm water after some time.
To make a nourishing papaya pack, mash a cup of diced papaya into pulp. Add one cup mashed banana, 1-cup yoghurt and add 1 tablespoon of honey and coconut oil. Blend it to make a thick paste and apply on your hairs. Cover your head with a shower mask for ½ an hour and wash off.
Aloe Vera Gel
Apply a mixture of aloe vera gel, coconut milk and wheat germ oil for 30 minutes and wash off as usual for soft and silky hairs.
