Nausea, vomiting, dizziness are all motion sickness problems which make the journey difficult and uncomfortable. Motion sickness can be caused by air travel, train, road trip or sea journey where we are stationary in a moving vehicle.Though medications are available, the best option is to look for natural methods of treatment.
