Ingredients You Will Need

To prepare the stress relief cream, you will need a quarter cup of beeswax, 2/3-cup of sunflower oil, 4 tablespoons of coconut oil, one teaspoon of glycerin, one cup of filtered water and 20 drops each of lavender essential oil and vanilla essential oil.


How To Make

Put the beeswax, sunflower oil and coconut oil in a pan and place the pan on a large container containing simmering water. Stir the beeswax and oil mixture until the wax melts and combines with the oils. Remove the pan from the stove and keep it aside until the mixture cools and starts thickening. In a separate bowl mix glycerin and water and slowly pour the mixture on the wax and oil blend. With a hand blender whisk the ingredients. When the mixture reaches cream-like consistency, add the essential oils and combine them well. Store the stress relief cream in an air tight container.

Chamomile And Lavender Stress Relief Body Cream

How To Make

Mix the flowers and the buds with jojoba oil and simmer over low heat for about 2 hours. Remove the infused oil from the heat, strain it and allow it to cool. On a double boiler melt the beeswax and coconut oil. Add the chamomile and lavender-infused oil to the mixture, and mix them well. Leave the pan containing beeswax and oil mixture aside and allow it to cool. When the mixture becomes semi solid, slowly pour warm water and stir the ingredients with a hand blender. Keep on whisking until you get a thick creamy consistency.
