This home made decongestant recipe is good for clearing chest congestion.

Ingredients
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup honey
5-6 Radishes
1 small Red onion
5-6 Garlic cloves

Preparation

Peel and wash vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Put all the vegetables including onion chunks into a blender to get a smooth consistency. Add lemon juice and honey and blend again. Transfer the syrup in a jar and refrigerate after use to use it for a week or more. For adult 1 to 2 tbsp once or twice a day will be appropriate. For children up to 12 years, 1 tbsp will be enough. It will help to expel mucus within 24 hours.

10 drops Lemon essential oil

Whip up the coconut oil and shea butter oil for 30 seconds in a mixer. Add all the essential oils, whip again for 30 seconds and transfer the solution to a tight lid glass jar.
