Ingredients Required

1 fresh and raw bitter gourd
½ teaspoon Salt
2 tbsp. lemon Juice
A pinch of turmeric powder

Method

Wash bitter gourd thoroughly. Cut it into fine pieces, rub a pinch of turmeric and little salt and keep aside for 15-20 minutes and then extract juice by adding a glass of water putting them in juicer. Add lemon juice and after straining the juice drink instantly.

Ingredients Required

1 medium size bitter gourd
1 medium size beetroot
½ inch piece of grated ginger
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup water

Method

After washing beet and bitter gourd chop them finely. Put all the ingredients in blender except honey. Extract juice. Strain and add honey. Stir well and drink the juice fresh.

1 medium size Bitter Gourd
1 Green Apple / Red Apple
1/2 inch piece of finely grated Ginger
Lemon Juice of half a lemon
1 tsp Salt or Black Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper
1 glass Chilled water

Method

Wash bitter gourd and remove the seeds and chop it into fine slices. Add little salt and put it aside for 15 minutes. Cut the apple into small pieces, discarding the seeds. Now put all the ingredients in a blender and extract juice by adding chilled water. Strain the juice. Add lemon juice and black salt or regular salt. Drink it fresh.

Bitter Juice

Don’t drink juice of more than 1 bitter gourd once a day. It can cause stomach ache or diarrhea. Avoid bitter gourd juice if you are pregnant as it can cause preterm labor.
