Beet roots are excellent sources of the carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin that protect the retina from the harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun.
For this recipe you will need 10 medium sized carrots, one beet root and one sweet potato. Peel and chop the vegetables and put them in a juicer to extract the juice. You will get 16-ounces of juice.
2. Fruits And Vegetables Juice
