Massage Warm Olive Oil

Warm olive oil mask on scalp and hair, helps to smoothen extremely frizzy hair and adds a wonderful shine. Olive oil helps in reducing dry scalp as it works to loosen dry skin flakes which are associated with psoriasis. To prepare the mask, you need just two tablespoons of olive oil and massage it gently on the scalp. If you have too much itchiness and scalp is too dry, you can leave this oil for at least 10 minutes or leave it overnight in extreme cases. Once you have washed your hair, use a good quality fine toothed comb. This will help in loosening all dry flakes and removing them which will reduce all itchiness.
Coconut Oil Treatment
Coconut oil has been used since ages to strengthen hair roots and moisturize scalp which helps in reducing dryness and flakes which cause itchiness. To start this treatment, you need to wash your hair first with a mild shampoo, preferably any herbal shampoo which is soft for the hair. This type of natural shampoo will clean your scalp and help it dry properly. Now, you can have a few drops of coconut oil and then apply it on your scalp. You should rub your scalp gently so that the entire scalp is covered. Rubbing hard and fast will damage your hair roots and will loosen the strands. Lemon juice can be applied directly on scalp. There might be a burning sensation due to sensitive nature of scalp and infection. Let the juice remain for at least five minutes before you can shampoo your hair. You can also mix yogurt with lemon juice and apply it on the scalp. You can wash off after thirty minutes. To prepare the treatment you need two ripe bananas and a ripe avocado (known for its moisturizing property). Mash them well to form a smooth paste. Apply this to your scalp.
