Tea Tree Oil

This easily available remedy works better than the medical creams for fungal removal. All you need is to have some tea tree oil, apply this oil on your clean and dry feet. Repeat this 3-4 times in a day and using this remedy on a regular basis helps in complete removal of fungus from your feet.

Baking Soda

The alkaline nature of the baking soda works in a way that it creates a hostile environment for the growth of the fungus as a result of which the fungus is not able to thrive on your feet. Take 3 table spoon of baking soda and mix it with 1 table spoon of water to make a paste. Apply this paste gently between your fingers and toe, let the paste dry on your feet and once the paste is dried use cold water to wash it off.

The acidophilus bacteria found in yogurt also help in treating the problem of athlete’s foot. The bacteria are known to eliminate the fungus from your feet. All you need is some unsweetened and unflavoured yogurt, apply the yogurt on the affected area and gently rub using your fingers. Leave the yogurt there for sometime so that it gets dry on the affected area itself. Wash off properly using warm water.

The ajoene content of garlic complete eliminates the fungus and prevents it from returning. Crush some fresh garlic and add it to warm water, dip your feet in this water for about half an hour. Use this remedy daily to get rid of the fungus. Apart from this it is advisable to add garlic to your daily food content so that garlic incorporates in your body system and prevents the attack of the fungus.

Apple Cider Vinegar

The anti bacterial, anti fungal and anti viral properties of the apple cider vinegar make it a perfect choice to cure the disease. Like the other natural remedies, apple cider vinegar also creates a hostile environment making it difficult for the fungus to thrive. Using this on a daily basis cures the problem and reduces the inflammation. Add equal parts of cider vinegar and water to the foot basin and dip your foots in this solution for 10 to 15 minutes.
