Eggs are healthy food that should be taken to maintain your balance diet, its contains a sufficient amount of nutrients that is required in our body, with less carbohydrate that is low carb food. The egg contains about 55 calories within the yolk and white part is about 17 calories which contains protein and no fat. Egg is a combination of fat and protein, the calories intake differentiates with the increase in ingredients added with eggs such as butter or oil in different process, whether scramble with boiled eggs have higher calories, egg fried in butter has about 90 calories, it depends on the oil and butter used for frying the eggs. People with LDL cholesterol should be cautious about having the egg yolks.
