1. Ginger With Olive Oil
Mix a tablespoon of finely grated ginger with 2 to 3 tablespoons of lukewarm olive oil. Steep the grated ginger in the oil at least for 30 minutes. Gently massage your scalp with the ginger and olive oil mixture for 1 to 2 minutes. Leave it on your scalp for at least 30 minutes. Then rinse with lukewarm water. If desired, wash your hair with mild shampoo.
2. Ginger And Lemon Juice
The ginger and lemon juice mixture is an excellent remedy for dandruff. It helps in restoring the normal pH of the scalp and hair that helps in healthy hair growth. Blend two tablespoons of grated ginger with three tablespoons of olive, coconut or sesame oil. Add ½-teaspoon of lemon juice and mix the ingredients well. Apply the mixture to the scalp. Leave it on for 30 minutes and then wash off with mild shampoo.
3. Ginger Paste
Covering the bald spots on your scalp with ginger paste helps in stimulating hair re-growth. Make a paste by blending freshly grated ginger with a small amount of water. The sulfur compounds in garlic helps in stimulating hair growth. Make a hair mask by blending 4 teaspoons of coconut oil, 2 to 3 crushed cloves of garlic, 5 to 6 teaspoons of coconut milk, 2 teaspoons of honey and a teaspoon of freshly grated ginger.
