1. Remove All Screens From The Room

Check your room and the area around your bed for anything which can cause disturbance in your sleep patterm. If there are any screens in the form of tablets, mobile phones or televsion sets. If there is any screen, remove it from your area. Screens emit radiations which cause disturbed sleep. Keep all gadgets away which can distract your mind when you are trying to sleep.
