4. Papaya

Papaya contains high amounts of the fruit enzyme papain. Papain acts as a natural skin exfoliate which helps to loosen and slough off dead skin cells.  The skin hydrating properties of papaya further helps to reduce the appearance of unsightly chicken pox scars. Mash one cup of ripe papayas to form a smooth paste. Heat about seven tablespoons of whole fat milk and dissolve five teaspoons of brown sugar in it.
