Gram Flour Application

In a bowl of water, add 5 tablespoons of gram flour. Mix this well till you get a fine or smooth paste. Apply this paste on the patchy rough skin. Use a cotton ball to massage the area for at least 10 minutes. Try this, at least 4 times in a day to see results. Gram flour will soften the skin and treat the condition.

Apply Lemon Directly

Lemon works as a great home remedy for treating scleroderms. Apply fresh lemon juice on all areas affected by the disease. Ensure you are applying lemon juice at least three times in a day. To do this, squeeze fresh lemon juice in a bowl. With the help of a cotton ball, apply the juice on patchy skin. Lemon juice will help in removing free radicals. You can also add some honey to the lemon juice, which will help in softened any hard patch of skin.

Apply Onion Juice

Onion is a good home remedy to treat scleroderma. Onion juice application will help in softened all hard and tough skin patches. For this, you can slice onion in two halves and apply this directly on the area affected. Massage vigorously on your patchy skin for at least 30 minutes in a day. You can also squash some onions and drain the juice. Use a cotton ball to apply it on the skin.

Prepare Grated Ginger Drink

Juice from freshly grated ginger helps in treating several problems, including cleroderma. Boil one cup of water and mix one tablespoon of grated ginger. Let the solution boil over low flame for at least 3 minutes, before you turn the heat off. Strain and consume this drink. You can have at least four cups of the drink in a day for treating scleroderma.

Spinach is a rich source of a number of minerals which include vitamin E, phosphorous, folate and iron. Boil three cups of fresh spinach every morning and have the drink. You can also steam spinach and then have its juice. It helps by providing energy to cells and boosts immunity effectively.

Garlic Juice Massage or Application

You need a garlic clove. Chop it into 3 pieces. You can use one piece of garlic and apply it slowly on skin areas. You can rub the skin gently or massage it for at least 25 minutes.
