Excessive sweating is called hyperhidrosis in the medical science and it is characterized by the secretion of excess sweat as compared to normal human beings in the normal conditions. The sweating is categorized into two types such as; primary hyperhidrosis the localized hyperhidrosis and the secondary hyperhidrosis, the generalized hyperhidrosis. Sweating in body parts like the armpits, face, knee, head, groin, hands and the feet always come under the primary hyperhidrosis. But the secondary hyperhidrosis is the serious one and it causes the whole body sweating in the affected person and it needs medical attention. Some of the valid reasons for secondary hyperhidrosis are the pregnancy, menopause, thyroid, diabetes & alcoholism etc. Here we will discuss some of the herbal as well as home remedies to cure this disease. Apple Cider Vinegar
As a remedy, the person can mix one tablespoon of calcium lactate with the same quantity of honey and apple cider vinegar to prepare a concoction. This mixture should be drunk at least three times a day to get better results. On the other way you can prepare a tea by adding some amount of splenda in it and must take it 2 times a day to reduce sweating.
It is one of the popular Chinese herbs that are normally available in the berry forms. It is considered as an adoptgen herb that controls the adrenal gland functions and reduces the stress. So the patient needs to make the tea by simmering 15 to 20 numbers of berries in four cups of water for 30 minutes. After cooling down they need to take it in the morning and evening hours to get beneficial results.
This vegetable contains mild acidic properties that make it as a natural bleaching agent. It can be deployed in two different ways. Potatoes are sliced and rubbed to the overall body parts like forehead; under arms & groin etc. before the nap. Sage Herbal Tea
This is highly effective in case of excessive sweating. The sage herbal tea is very particular for curing this disease. Some sage should be brewed in hot water and then it should be cooled down. This tea must be drunk 3 to 4 times a day to get quicker results in case of excessive sweating. The sage contains magnesium and vitamin B & these are highly useful for stopping the activity of the sweat gland.
It contains astringent properties which are very helpful in drying the skin and reduce the excessive sweating. The patient should brew the fresh leaves of witch hazel in hot water with slight amount of honey and must use the solution as tea 2 times per day to stop sweating.
It is one of the conventional methods of curing excess sweating and it is considered as one of the effective remedies till now. The patient needs to collect the young wheat grasses and should make juice from it. Regular intake of 1 glass of this juice can significantly reduce the excess sweating. The wheat grass contains vitamin B-12, vitamin C, proteins, folic acids and vitamin B-6; those neutralize the toxins and acids from the body and stops excess sweating.
This herb is considered as an energy tonic as it stimulates the immune system and a rich source of antioxidants. The patient needs a handful of Astragalus slices and then it needs to be simmered in the water for 20 minutes. This tea should be taken during the meals for its sweating taste.
