9 Foods To Include In Your Diet To Prevent Hair Fall

Hair fall is very common issue among us. There are many factors which causes the hair fall such as stress, nutritional deficiency, hormonal imbalance, lifestyle changes etc. We try expensive spa treatments, various shampoos , hair oils and home remedies to combat this issue. We always depend on the topical remedies to treat the problems . But when it comes to nutritional deficiency, if we make some changes in our diet as well then it can give you great result in the long run naturally. As we all aware that Vitamin A, Biotin, Protein, Vitamin C, Zinc and Iron are most vital nutrients to prevent hair fall as well as hair growth.
