Applying an ice pack one the elbow is a very effective way to treat the problem of pain and inflammation. All you need is to wrap some ice in a piece of cloth or towel and apply on the elbow for 10 to 15 minutes. Alternatively you can also use a frozen bag of peas to get the same results. Repeating this remedy 3 to 4 times in a day is recommended.

The curcumin content of turmeric reduces the pain whereas the other anti oxidants present in turmeric helps in achieving a faster healing.
