When the children are of a very small, they do not have a control over some of the things. They are not very conscious about how to react to certain things when they are sleeping. Bed-wetting is a phenomenon very common amongst children. They do not realize the urge to urinate when they are in deep sleep and thus urinate in the bed while asleep.

Cinnamon powder, mixed with honey can be given to kids having a habit of Bed-wetting. You can either give a small stick to cinnamon directly to the kid if he can chew or lick a bit of it. Or you can mix cinnamon and honey which can be taken directly as food or used as a spread over a  slice of bread.

Indian gooseberry provides a good solution to a lot of health problems. It should be kept handy as it is useful of multiple purposes. A mixture of Gooseberries, honey and turmeric helps in regulating urination. Gooseberry powder and cumin seeds can also be mixed and given to the child a couple of times daily.

A gentle massage on the lower abdomen of the baby with warm olive oil helps in strengthening the urinary bladder of the baby. This helps in controlling the hold of urine while the bladder gets full. The massage also relaxes the body and helps in proper blood circulation within the region.

Give your child cranberry juice one hour before bedtime. Cranberry juice is good for kidney, bladder and urinary tract. Consumption of other liquids just before bedtime might cause an urge to urinate, but cranberry juice would help in avoiding Bed-wetting. Combination of 2 tablespoons of walnuts and one tablespoon of raisins along with a dash of honey would help your child avoid Bed-wetting.
