Turmeric And Ginger Tea
Turmeric and ginger is the 2 most effective natural ingredients for almost any type of inflammation. Add half a spoon of turmeric powder and half a spoon of ginger powder to 2 cups of boiling water. Add some honey to this to take away the bitterness of turmeric. Strain the mixture and drink it when it becomes lukewarm. Drink this 2 times a day.
Take a cup of warm water. Add half a spoon of cinnamon powder and some honey for taste. Mix well and drink every day in the morning for reduced joint pains.
Honey, Apple Cider Vinegar
Add 1 spoon of honey and 1 spoon of apple cider vinegar to a glass of warm water. Mix well and drink it once in a day.
Eat 1 spoon of flax seed 3 times a day. You can simply add the flax seed to your normal diet. Grind the flax seed into powder and sprinkle it on your food. Flax seeds have omega-3 fats which help to reduce inflammation.

Cherries are known to have a positive effect on the arthritic pain. Eat 8-10 cherries every day for good results. Cherry syrup is also effective. Boil water and add some cherries to it. Simmer it until a syrupy liquid is formed. Strain it well and drink the syrup.
