Fat on the cheeks reminds you of chubby cheeks but there is no dimpled chin or rosy lips. Chubby cheeks kind of make you look fatter than you are. Plenty of yoga expressions and facial exercises help here. Cobra asana, the bow pose, etc. are just some of them. You can also try sucking your cheek in, holding it for 30 seconds and then release. Try taking your tongue out as much as you can. Hold and then take it back inside. Both of these facial exercises are great for getting rid of cheek fat.

There are a lot of diet factors that contribute towards the fat on the cheeks. Some of these include excessive intake of salt that causes bloating in the cheek area. Having too much of tamarind or even smoking are causes of fat in this area. Make sure that you avoid the same. It is suggested that you have more for of fibres and fresh fruits in the diet instead of  fatty and fried foods.
