1 garlic head
½ cup of water
¼ cup of raw Apple Cider Vinegar
½ cup of raw honey



Take entire head of garlic. Peel and mince it in a small bowl. Add apple cider vinegar, water and raw honey to the bowl. Leave the mixture for few hours or you can leave the mixture overnight before using. Strain it. Store this mixture in a cool place. As vinegar and honey are natural preservatives you can keep this mixture in an airtight container in a cool dry place. You can take the mixture for every two hours until you notice the relief from the symptoms.
