Take a piece of fresh ginger. Remove the skin and cut it into small pieces. Add it to a cup of water and boil well. Allow it to simmer for 5 minutes. Strain it and drink when it becomes lukewarm. Ginger helps in digestion and thus prevents the formation of gas.
Squeeze 1 lemon into a cup of warm water. Drink this every day in the morning. Lemon helps to clean the digestive system. This helps to reduce the gas problem.
Take a pinch of caraway seeds and chew it thoroughly. This is an excellent remedy when you are experiencing the gas problem. The stomach pain will reduce within 5-10 minutes.
Garlic, Cumin Seed And Pepper
Take 5-6 cloves of garlic and crush it. Add it to a cup of water. Add half a spoon of cumin seeds and half a spoon of black pepper. Boil the water well and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes. Strain the water and let it cool. Drink this concoction three times a day to avoid getting gas.
Take 2 spoon of yogurt and add a liter of water. Roast cumin seeds and grind it into fine powder. Add half a spoon of the cumin powder and salt to the curd. Blend it well. Drink this spiced buttermilk to get relief from gas.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Add 1 spoon of apple cider vinegar to 1 cup of water. Add some honey to this for taste. Mix well and drink. Repeat 2-3 times in a day for good results.
