Bedwetting or nocturnal enuresis is a common problem among children. It is nothing but involuntary urine passage during sleep. As they grow it usually stops. This is called primary enuresis. Remove the seeds from 2 gooseberries. Crush them well. Add a pinch of turmeric powder and a spoon of honey, mix well. Eat this early in the morning every day.
