1. Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is good for preventing infections. Apply a layer of coconut oil on the affected area. Leave it for few hours. Wash it off with warm water. Repeat it few times in a day for good results.

2. Turmeric Milk

Add 1 spoon of turmeric powder to a glass of milk. Boil it well. Let it cool and add 1 spoon of honey. Mix well and drink every day to help fight the infection.

3. Tea Tree Oil

Mix few drops of tree tea oil with water. Apply on the affected area and leave it for some time. Repeat few times to reduce the cellulitis.

4. Garlic

Garlic has strong anti-bacterial properties. Eat 3-4 cloves of garlic every day. Eat it raw or add garlic to your diet. Garlic oil can also be used. Apply few drops of garlic oil on the cellulitis to remove the pain and prevent further infection.


5. Pineapple

Pineapple is a rich source of an enzyme mix called bromelain. Bromelain help to reduce inflammation which is a major cause of the redness and swelling in cellulitis. Therefore, eat few pieces of pineapple after your meal every day to improve the cellulitis condition.


6. Fenugreek

Take a handful of fenugreek seeds. Soak it water overnight. In the morning add some hot water to the soaked fenugreek seeds and grind it to make a paste. Apply this paste on the affected area and leave it for 30-40 minutes. Remove the paste by washing off with warm water. Dab the area dry.

Take few leaves of the Azadirachta indica tree. Grind it into a coarse paste. Apply it on the cellulitis. Remove after 15-20 minutes.
