With the first signs of body heat, drink a glass of cold water immediately. In ten to fifteen minutes time, take a bath in cold water. Put in ice cubes if possible. You can also keep your feet immersed in the cold water bucket and let your feet soak for at least 20 minutes. The body starts cooling off soon and you will feel better.

Have Butter & Buttermilk

You can take a glass of warm milk and add at least two tablespoons of clarified butter in this. You can have this on regular basis. However, those who suffer from cholesterol should not try this remedy. Buttermilk is also a good option. It is a summer special drink which helps to cool the body and reduces any unnecessary heat.


Cardamom Treatment

Cardamom is known worldwide for its deep cooling effects. For this purpose, you need to boil a small pod of cardamom in just two cups of water. Sieve it and cool it well. You can drink it at regular intervals of times to reduce body heat effectively.


A Glass Of Barley Water

You need to boil at least two tablespoon of barley along with two cups of water for around 30 minutes. You can then cool the liquid and drink it regularly. It works well to reduce body temperature and cools you totally.
