How To Prepare Cinnamon Mouthwash

Take half tablespoon of cinnamon into a jar or bottle with a lid. Add fresh lemon juice taken from 2 fresh lemons. Also add one and half teaspoon honey. Add half teaspoon of baking soda. Pour one cup of warm water into the bottle or jar. Stir it well. Before using the solution just shake the container. Use this solution as a mouthwash. Gargle or swish with this solution for one minute for desired results.
