Appetite is good for the health as well as for the stomach also , but if it increases so much there must be some  problems. A healthy body comes from the good stomach and the good digestion system.  Appetite will increase from the junk food , alcohol , diabetes , pregnancy and other things also , if the appetite  increases for a long time then it will cause serious problems to the body like so much of eating habit , unwanted hair and unwanted weight gain also. There are so many of the foods also which can reduce the appetite here are the list of some of them-
