Vitamin A is present in carrot which is actually an antioxidant. It attacks free radicals and thus prevents signs of aging like pigmentation, wrinkle and uneven skin tone. On the other hand sunflower oil solves the problem of premature aging, fights acne, beneficial in sun damage, moisturizes your skin and prevents various types of acne.

To make this oil, at first wash the carrot properly and rub, it with a dry cloth to remove water from the body of carrot. Then, peel the carrot and grate it. Add them in the oil and keep the container of the oil on a very low flame keeping the lid on for 30-35 minutes. Then remove the container from oven and leave it to get cool keeping the lid on. When the oil comes in the room temperature, strain the oil and preserve it in a glass container. Massage this oil on your skin daily just half an hour before taking a bath. Turmeric oil excellent for all types of skin and especially when you have an acne problem. To make this oil you will need 1 or 2 small pieces of turmeric and one cup of mustard oil. Regular use of turmeric on your skin slows down the aging process and reduces skin pigmentation and skin tanning. On the other hand mustard oil moisturizes and hydrates skin intensely.
