You can also make a DIY egg mask by mixing two egg yolks with honey, yogurt and lime juice and apply it to hair. Leave this mask on your hair for near about half an hour and then wash with water.

5. Flax Seed

Apart from being heart healthy, flax seeds are also beneficial for your hair health. Flaxseeds contain omega-3 fatty acids that not only improve blood circulation but also moisturize the hair. Flax seeds reduce inflammation which is one of the prime reasons for hair loss by dandruff. Soak some flaxseeds in cold water for around 5-6 days. Once the period is over, soak a cotton ball into the flax seed water and rub on the affected parts of the scalp. Leave the solution on your scalp for around 10 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.

You can prepare a DIY avocado hair mask all by yourself. You will need one mashed avocado, olive oil and banana. Mash the banana and mix all the ingredients together. Apply the mask on your hair properly and leave it on for half an hour. Let the hair absorb all essential nutrients and then rinse off with shampoo.

Remove the bell peppers, let the water cool down and once it does cool down apply the water on the affected area with cotton ball. Massage the water on the scalp properly. Do it at least for 15 minutes and wash it off with water.
